Comfortable, runs a little big, shouldn't size up
I found these pants great and comfy, big legs, casual pants. Once again, pants are too long for this petite 5'1.5 to wear comfortably with flats. LL Bean needs a petite short. Especially since a lot of their pants are not dressy and made to work with casual and outdoor activities. Who wants pants dragging the ground on a hike? Or doing the laundry? Some brands have a petite short just for this. The petite height range is narrower than regular and plus--so special consideration needs to be made.

Good fabric and fit.
Fit is right, waistband is drawstring and elastic. Love the cut and how lightweight the fabric is. Great for travel and lounging around. Fabric has no stretch, but moves with me well.
