I decided to try these as it is hard to find a waterproof leather shoe for women that is available in a wide width. I have found these to fit well and they are very comfortable. I already ordered a second pair so I can have one pair for work and one pair for home.

Comfotable, well-made, and waterproof
I live in rural Virginia and these shoes are exactly what I was looking for when the snow started melting this year. When I first unpacked them I was sure they were too small, but I put them on and they fit perfectly and were so comfortable that I wore them around the house for the rest of the day. I have wide feet and a high instep but the lacing made it easy to insert my feet in the shoes and conform the tongues to them. The deeply lugged soles are great for walking in the woods and on dirt and gravel roads, although they require more than a few swipes on a doormat before entering the house.

Great fit, good looking and waterproof!
I bought the Trail Model X Waterproof Hiking Shoe because of the wide width (my feet are hard to fit comfortably) and for a trip where I need waterproof shoes. These are wonderful! They are supportive, comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box, and good looking. I have worn them for a week now. They really are perfect for my trip.
