Great option for rainy days
I dislike rain jacket hoods, so this is an ideal option for me. It fits me well (large) and keeps the rain off for hours when paired with the trail model waterproof jacket. I use it for work, which is outside in all weathers (rainy spring in NJ) and so far, haven't experienced leaking or trickling down my neck. Recommended.

My favorite hat
This hat fits the bill. It light and comfortable. The brim keeps out the sun or rain without touching my back and knocking it off. I wear while gardening or kayaking. The drawstring keeps my hat secure- important while kayaking or walking on a windy day. I got size small which fits my head perfectly. The green color is very nice but I want to be seen so went with the yellow.

Don’t waste your money
This hat was not nearly as well-made as the one I bought 10 or so years ago and was hoping to get a new one. I ended up donating it because it was nowhere near as good unfortunately, I was very disappointed.
