Love it, but shrinkage & fit is an issue
First of all, I love the fabric & style of this barn jacket - it's super soft, drapey, and looks very stylish. However - it shrank a lot according to the directions. I am 5'2'' and originally ordered this in a Small Petite. It fit perfectly until I washed and dried on low heat. It shrank at least 2 inches in the length and sleeves! I'm exchanging for a regular Small and hoping this will fit better. I may not dry it at all either. I checked the fabric and it has a bit of rayon in it, which likely is the reason for the major shrinkage. I tend to avoid rayon for this reason. However, since the jacket is 80% cotton, and I love the fit and style overall, I am willing to put up with a bit of hassle to make this work. The green & cream colors are perfect for spring/summer. I would suggest trying this one on in store and/or ordering a couple sizes to see if it works for you.

Stretch Barn Jacket
As others have noted, the sleeves on this jacket are long, and the length is short. I returned my usual misses size for a petite. Sleeves are now OK but the length is shorter than most of my shirts. The fabric is soft and a nice weight. The vanilla color is very pretty.

Love this jacket with its updated boxy fit! Unlined, lightweight canvas type material, but substantial material so that it doesn’t look like an oversized shirt.

Disappointing
I ordered this jacket to go with some darker olive green chino pants for spring, but was disappointed in the fit and styling. While the body of the jacket was all right, the sleeves were unattractively baggy and hung to the middle of my palms, even though I'm broad shouldered. With the wrist band & buttons on the sleeves, it would have required a major alteration to make this look presentable. So yes, disappointing.
