Not the same pant!
I have worn these forever and a day - finally wore out all my older pairs and was excited to order more. Immediately returned them! Fabric is thinner, there is no waistband and the elastic that is there is only tacked in 4 places. Most disappointing is that there are NO pockets!!
What am I going to do for pants?!?!!?!?

Waist not acceptable.
The waist was incredibly poor. Tacked down in 4 places. For $70 you burn me. Never again. The material was nice.

I almost didn't try these because of the negative reviews but I am SO glad I did because these ended up being my favorite out of all the "perfect fit pant" styles. They feel like a cross between a pant/legging. The best part is they're 90% cotton. Ever since I stopped wearing polyester athleisure I have had such a hard time finding comfy/stretchy cotton activewear pants, but these are definitely it for me. I've been wearing them for hiking, pickleball, and around the house/doing errands/traveling. They have a higher waist and no pockets (both of which I prefer for working out). I would say they run slightly large, because I had to size down from my usual Petite Small to a Petite Extra Small (5'2'' 130 pounds).

Nice looking and comfortable - need pockets
These pants are comfortable and versatile. The black and navy can be dressed up some easily. I just wish they had pockets - hence the four star rating instead of five. The gray and lighter blue look like sweat pants (I have the lined ones in those colors).
