Buy them!
These are great pants for working in the yard and garden. They are soft and slightly stretchy. I have found that they stretch out as the day goes by. The pair I bought in a size smaller than I usually wear fit me best. ( I have 3 pair). I recommend buying them snug. Don’t judge them as too small at first try on.

Great pants, waist extremely baggy
Purchased these as I have a hard time finding slim fit cargo pants, and these are a great fabric blend and seem to be well-made. They fit perfectly except in the waist. I purchased a size 2, and there is easily 3 inches of spare fabric in the waist. I’m going to see if I can get them tailored because these really would be great pants, but when I called and described it, the tailor told me there is so much extra fabric the pockets in the back might be too close together after and it might not work.
Overall I’m disappointed that LL Bean doesn’t seem to modulate the fit well for smaller sizes. 5’10”, 25-26” waist, 36-37” hips. Purchase the tall size 2.

Wished they had more give in knee area
I bought these pants for hiking and climbing up rocky terrain, thinking they would have enough give in the knee area. But on me, any give was less than my knees needed, so I returned them.

perfect fit
I haven't washed these yet, but it is hard to find pants I like for my 66 yr old body. Perfect length and fit and I like the fabric for spring in Northern MI.

Unflattering
I wanted to love these but the fit was uncomfortable and unflattering. These are not mid rise waist which is one of the reasons I ordered them. Some other reviews said that they were baggy which they were. I own other LL Bean gear which I really like, but not these. Returned them.

Love these pants!
These are my favorite pants. I believe I own about
7 or 8 pairs in various colors (some doubles of the same color). I don't have the bum that I had when I was younger :-) but the fit along with the flap pockets help that. They're not super thick but I wear them all year...when it's warm the hem rolls up nicely. I *really hope L.L. Bean continues to carry these!

Great pants!
I love these pants! They have just the right amount of stretch and the side leg pocket is perfect for my phone. I just wish it was a little longer so that I could snap it closed.
