Our Casco Bay Polo was a favorite with customers in the '90s, and we thought it was a great time to bring this classic style back. Still as timeless as ever, and as long-lasting, in the same breathable piqué fabric with contrast trim. Now with an updated fit that feels perfect for right now.

Not up to Bean polo standards
Bean polos are an ongoing solid value. So I bought one of each color of these new stripes because they looked great on line. Unfortunately, in reality the fabric is much thinner and less substantial than the usual Bean polos and for quite a premium in price! Also, the collar which looks so trim in the photos is diminutive and downright tiny. The fit, however, is spot on, so I'm keeping them. Just be advised that these are in no way up to Bean standards...

For my use the material is too heavy for summer wear. I believe a short sleeve shirt for summer wear should be much lighter.
