Shrinkage of Navy Blue shorts
Followed washing and drying instructions of blue shorts. Slight reduction in size - Just enough to make the shorts tight and uncomfortable. No shrinkage of the other 2 colors I purchased. Recommend one size larger to compensate for small amount of shrinkage.

Good value
These shorts are made from fabulous fabric that holds its shape and crispness. I bought one size larger than I usually wear--size 16 instead of 14, and the fit is perfect. I am 5'9", and the length just touches the top of my knee, so it is great for those who don't like to show thigh. I will definitely buy more of these.

Not kidding about the high waist
Somehow I missed the description that these are Ultra High-Rise shorts. They aren't kidding. They easily reached more than one inch above my waist. That simply doesn't work for my body shape, so I will be returning. I also prefer shorts with elastic across the back rather than the way these are constructed but was willing to give them a try.

Bayside shorts
I have worn these shorts for years. I last purchased the latest design with the elastic on the sides and I can tell you they aren't like the ones with the elastic across the back. The pockets stretch wide open and look very unfashionable. The elastic also pinches me. I would buy more when you get the elastic back across the back as I have almost worn out my old ones.

So comfortable
Love the fit and material of these shorts. The hidden elastic waist adds so much comfort. Only wish they were one inch shorter. However I ordered 3 pair and enjoying all of them.

Nice fit - fabric is different
The new 100% cotton fabric isn't as thick & crips as it used to be so they probably won't last as long, but they fit nicely with so I'm keeping them. I like the classic full rise to reach my waist. Fabric is softer... feels like i've already owned them for a year or so. I appreciate you make shorts in the larger Misses sizes.

Waistband Is A Godsend
Perfect! The elastic in the waistband was a godsend! I'd gained 10lb, and it seems to be all in the waist. Makes them a perfect fit.
