For nearly 90 years, we've been making our authentic Scotch Plaid flannel shirts the way we always have: better than everyone else's. Our exclusive flannel fabric is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual cotton fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

Solid Shirt, But Thinner Material
I’ve bought five of these shirts over the last 4 years, the same exact item number and size. The fabric has gotten noticeably thinner and less substantial over the course of my purchases. However they are true to size, and still fit the same as they did for my first few purchases. Still has qualify construction.

Size incorrect
I originally ordered the XL tall version of this shirt. I’m 6’4”, 230lbs and this was much too big for me. It bottom of the shirt reached to my lower thigh and I was swimming in it. I returned with no problems and ordered a large size in regular length, not tall. This fits me perfect now. The online sizing guide seems off which is what I utilized to order.
