Men's tropic-weight cargo pants
I like these pants. However, in years past, LL Bean produced tropic-weight pants that were not cargo pants but just straight-leg pants, which I like much better. I don't need extra pockets, and I wear these pants to play tennis in during the cold weather months. The extra pockets just add weight and something to catch on if I'm walking in a narrow space, causing the pants to rip.

Good Alternative to "Expedition" Cargos
My husband works hard and appreciates the cargo features of these pants. Zippers, snaps, waist and length options. The somewhat heavier duty canvas Expeditions we bought from "E.B." are no longer available, so we took a chance on these and they are satisfactory. We bought the Khaki, which is darker than the monitor shows, which is good, and the Shale Grey. They did not shrink upon washing and drying with other jeans, cargoes. No need to pamper.
