Ordering these b/c of wishful thinking.
I wish these slippers were like the older L.L. Beans. I still have a pair in blue suede and love that color too much to toss despite the worn out insole. I purchased some Bean fuzzy replacements, but not sure how to make a total replacement. TBH, I find the lining to be much less fine than the older version.

disappointed this time
This is my second pair of these slippers and I have to say they are disappointing this time. The fur lining on the bottom wore out and is down to plastic in a matter of three months. It is only this way on one of the two slippers. The overall construction is great as are the soles.

The shearling wears off in footbed
I live in Southern California so I only wear slippers for a month or two in the winter as it doesn’t get too cold. These slippers didn’t last two winter seasons with mild indoor use. For the price, they aren’t worth it. The rest of the slipper is quality but I wanted the shearling to last.

Uncomfortable
I do have to say that these slippers are warm but they are the most uncomfortable slippers I have ever worn. Very disappointed with them. I definitely would not buy them again.

Wicked good slippers
Love the slippers. My second pair, had the others for 6 years. The exterior sole bubbled on one slipper and they curved but they’re very comfortable. I get one size larger to fit nicely with my thick alpaca socks.
