NOT waterproof
Bought this in spring, wore it once and it was soaked through in about an hour of outdoor wear. This is a fine jacket for a misty day, not for a long bout of rain. I needed it for work, and it let me down severely.

Great flexibility
Bought jacket in anticipation of a fall trip to London and a January trip to Boston. Worked perfectly with liner removed for UK, will use liner for cold weather in MA. Comfortable fit, packs well.

Nice jacket but didn't fit me.
when you're a petite, it's really hard to find clothes online that fit, but the jacket is pretty and I'm sure it would fit someone well.

Get the uninsulated version
As a rain jacket it's fine (though the snaps on the lower sleeves are pretty clunky). However, the removable liner is so thin it might as well not be there. The sleeve attachments for the liner also don't work well, and the liner sleeves tend to bunch up when you take the jacket off.

Great raincoat, but.....
I purposely wanted this because it says relaxed fit in the description. I am 5'1" and about 117 lbs. and ordered a Petite Medium. This jacket has a lot going for it (two-way zipper, snaps instead of velcro closures) and it would be so much better if it just wasn't shaped. Very disappointed.

So happy I bought this jacket!
I bought this jacket for a trip to Ireland and was so happy I did. We had "yellow warnings" for wind, and the rain came down sideways at times, but I stayed warm and dry. I could have gone with a size small but went with a medium to allow room for layers, and I sure didn't mind the sleeves being a little long to keep my hands dry. I agree with the reviews from people wishing that there was a closure for the pockets. I used the inside pocket for anything important. I also agree on the need for a more secure fastener for the lining in the sleeves. The hood was big enough to provide great coverage for my head, and the drawstring kept the hood from blowing down. I'd highly recommend this jacket if you're going to be out in the wind/rain.
