Blanket is a disappointment
I picked out, and received this blanket as a Christmas gift. I LOVE most LL bean bedding and clothing. However this blanket shrank so much on it's first wash and dry (on low heat) that it can no longer be tucked in on the end, and barley makes it on the sides.Before the wash, it had plenty of material, it literally lost 10 inches on all sides. It's really disappointing to pay so much for a quality item, and have this happen. It's not very soft either in my opinion. Avoid if you want to wash your blanket ever

Excellent Quality
I purchased this blanket looking for a lightweight blanket that could keep me cool in the warmer weather but still provide the cozy feeling that I wanted. This blanket hits the mark on all of the above. It feels silky smooth to the touch. It is clearly well made. I purchased the king-size, not wanting to worry about shrinking, as I was my bedding frequently. It did not shrink, but I do not mind the extra width for my queen-sized bed. This blanket is perfect!

Need a true queen size fit
Very nicely made, but terrible fit for a Queen bed. I dont even have a thick mattress, but 90x90 just doesn't work. Im replacing color of same blanket purchased years ago, which was in a queen size, 90x 96. It fits great. New blanket didnt even seem like it was really 90”. I was so disappointed, as I buy all my bedding at LL Bean

Bought king size blanket for queen sized bed
We have a queen-sized bed, but ordered this blanket in the king-size because of the reviews about the blanket size being too short to tuck in at the foot of the bed. We turn our blanket around, so that we are able to tuck the blanket in at the foot of the bed and can still pull the blanket up to our necks. Ours had no odor, we had no pilling after washing once (the blanket is new and has only been laundered once so far), and the blanket is much softer than I had expected. I am very happy with this blanket, and we are glad that we sized up to king-size for our queen size bed.

Great blanket!
I bought the twin size in natural and it’s lovely. Quite lightweight for a cotton blanket which is what I wanted. Stitching is flawless. Very happy with it!!
