Awesome protector
I purchased this when I saw that you could use it on purses. My Dooney purses leather trim will leave a watermark if they get wet, regardless of what they tell you, so I purchased this boot guard and put it on one of my purses immediately. The product is so super smooth and easy to put on and wipe off. It's not a super goopy product like Sno Seal which takes a hair dryer to warm the product to get it into the leather. Sno Seal does work well on boots, but LL Bean's product is much easier to apply. I can see why this product is on back order frequently - it works!
