Previous model Disintegrated while wearing!
I bought the highest rated LLBean snow boot (looks like a precursor to this one) a few years ago for emergency snow storms. Wore max a dozen times..lightly (I’m an old gal). Stored in my temp controlled coat closet. Pulled them out today and with every step they started to completely disintegrate! The rubber cracked and split! All the stitching melted. Never in my 72 years on this planet has a pair of my shoes literally exploded like this! I can only imagine the “quality” being put out these few years later. Beware.

These are nice boots but narrow across my foot. They would have been perfect for the mountain weather.

Great boots, but not what I wanted.
Great boots, but not what I wanted. I wanted boots I could wear outside, and slip off and wear the inner part as slippers. (we did this in elementary school). I could not get the inner liner in, or out, of the boot (my husband did it)when I wore the liner, I almost killed myself slipping down the steps. I left the boots for my daughter in law, she loves them.

Heavy wet, deep and slushy snow.
Heavy wet, deep snow fell here in Connecticut. I wore my new boots for the first time. They kept me warm and dry as I shoveled out the driveway and the sidewalk, and then went to shovel out my neighbor's driveway and walk. Where the driveway meets the street, the plow had dumped a slushy, heavy mix. I was shoveling for a long time and my feet were very comfortable. I am very happy with these boots, and am so glad I chose them. Best boots I have ever had! Thank you. Amy, age 68
