How Disappointing !!
Recently purchased this coat imagining it to be ideal - light and warm. Hopefully a Canadian winter essential. The first disappointing clue was the weight of the parcel -I thought there was a mistake as it barely weighed anything - but there was a coat inside. So lightweight as to be useless. It is thin and packable and may be useful for 15 C to 20 C in spring or fall. This is definitely NOT a winter coat unless you live in the south. So not worth what I paid !!

Almost purchased
I have been eyeing this jacket since before Black Friday, checking almost every other day and lo-and-behold, the price went up! It went UP!!!
I would love an explanation for this, but as of right now, I will not shop at this store.

I had someone standing in line behind me calling out the trail of feathers 🪶 I was leaving while mailing Christmas cards! Gasp! I really wish they would've properly inspected my coat. Now I'm waiting for my refund and looking for a different brand.

Poor Quality
Very disappointed! I bought a shorter version of this coat several years ago, which was excellent quality. This new coat is much lighter, hardly any down was used. And feathers started to poke out on the first wearing.
