doesn’t feel like cotton
I returned a similar item to another vendor because it felt like synthetic material when it arrived. Thought I stood a better chance with LL Bean. No, this comfoter too has a slick synthetic feel. Why would I go to great length to find 100% cotton, only to get cotton that’s treated to feel like a synthetic? I would like the description of items to make that clear.

Love the cotton
I have had my cover for about a month and love the cotton it is made out of. It is just like the one I ordered years ago. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. I plan to another one to have a spare.

Cute, but crunchy!
This duvet cover seems to be of good quality, and the pattern is simple, but cute. However, we are not happy with the “crunchiness” of the material. This is our 3rd duvet cover from LLbean and this one is definitely a different type of material. It always looks wrinkled and it is noisy/crunchy sounding when you move around in bed. Our other LLbean duvet covers are softer, quiet and smooth. Just hoping that perhaps with many washings, it might get softer?
