Finally gave up on foams and went with a more natural pillow. I was afraid of the FIRM label but went with it. It's only been about 3 weeks, but I'm liking it.

This pillow is so supportive and does not cause me any neck problems. Sometimes I use part of the pillow under my neck depending on how I sleep in the bed, but it has been the best pillow I have ever had.!
