A Layer of Comfort
I bought several of these silk tops as, you guessed it, for under layers in chilly weather. Size: M-Petite. They are smooth and comfortable. Would suggest that Bean offer them in a 3/4 sleeve option as well. Very good product!

Sad that these are no longer hit the buy button
Mmmeeehhh. I miss the quality of the last pair, which lasted years and was super warm. These are not going to save you from the cold under leggings and layers. Just OK. But maybe not for the price. I see some other new brands out there for a bit more with better reviews. If I knew those would last…..pretty sure unless something changes, I will not come right back here for what was a sure, high quality purchase. Kinda sad. Used to love these. This was my third pair over 25 plus years.

Great Quality
Love the scoopneck under my shirts and sweaters. The weight is light but warm. The sleeves are a little long for my taste, but I just cuff them up.

Misleading "title" - scooped very low!
I have the silk top in black but it is unavailable in my size in cream, so I bought this silk pointelle top in cream. In the title description it just says "scoopneck" so I assumed it was cut like the other. But it is cut so low as to be meaningless as a warm base layer. I loved it otherwise and considered wearing it backward, but that left my back uncovered. Sadly am returning it and I hope the regular scoopneck is available soon in cream.

A quality purchase!!!!
The quality, fit and warmth are superb. It is very light weight and is very smooth under whatever top one chooses to wear. Have been wearing this much needed clothing from November to the end of March for many decades. They come in several sleeve lengths plus sleeveless. The neckline has several shapes so different necklines can be accommodated. Several colors are offered, too.
