Lovely but fragile
The silk is lovely against the skin. The fit is true to size. However, I just received this item this month and there is already a run at the neckline. I would love to see a less fragile, more substantial-- and less sheer-- version of this style.

Plan to use as underwear
These are DEFINITELY underwear. They are VERY sheer and lightweight. The photo is misleading.
I was planning to use this under wool sweaters, which make me itch. A regular turtleneck is nice when I need warmth, but this seemed like a better choice for when the bulk wasn’t needed.
I am not returning mine, as I will use it as underwear, but a bit disappointed it will be limited to that.

Pros and Cons of silk garments
I like the turtle neck top, however, it runs where the neck is attached to the body.
The scoop neck top does not have the stress points so it will last longer.
