My Widow Screen Has a Tighter Weave
1 Star because your system would not let me give 0. I have bought (or received as a gift) your silk underwear 10 times over 40 years. All great until this. I have a mosquito netting suit that is more opaque than this material. I can still wear my Bean silk underwear from 10 y/ago as a shirt (outside doing yard work, going to mailbox), wearing this shirt would get me arrested for indecent exposure - you can SEE THROUGH IT. And it is rough and stiff with not a hint of "give" in the weave. I bought the white/cream color, and it's the same as the black. I am sending these products back to you - the first time I have ever returned an item to your company. I am not sure I would ever order from you again.

Light weight and warm
I love this silk under shirt; it’s lightweight yet warm. I’ve been wearing these under garments for years. I even use them for night wear. Very warm and cozy.

Not what I expected
Silk is very thin… translucent. Thought it would be thicker as an under layer for warmth. Too thin.

Good but short
This is super-thin to provide a layer under anything. It’s exactly what I wanted EXCEPT it’s a little short in the body (the arms are fine). It’s so nice that I’m burying another even though I know I’ll be continually tugging it down at the waist this winter.
