Poor quality and excessive price
Too thin a long toe nail would destroy this item I can see thru this item it is so thin , not close to the quality I bought this item years ago and much more expensive. LL bean is not the company I have known for 30 yrs

Great Long Johns
I bought two pairs of these for my husband, who often works outside. He loves them. They fit him well--not baggy under his work clothes--and keep him toasty warm. It's very hard to find silk underwear. I'm so glad LL Bean continues to offer these. I bought a set for myself.

Expensive but worth it!
Excellent quality silk underwear. My husband wear them every day. I wear the women's version in the winter when I have to be outdoors for any length of time, if it's below 20 degrees out.

Comfortable but poor quality
6 weeks after purchase, they have runs all over them. Sadly, we are having a lot of experiences with poor quality from LL Bean recently.

Nearly sheer, xtra long
Perfectly thin—think sheer— to wear under pants without the bulk of the lightest available weight of traditional base layer long underwear. They run very long though, so a small gives an extra unnecessary 3”. Bean’s model must be small but tall??
