This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

PERFECT WEIGHT FLANNEL
Perfect weight. Not so thick and heavy like some of these flannels. This is a spring weight.
Problem: I washed the first one and it pills. Looks like I washed it 12 times. Hmmm. Dunno what it will continue to look like. But, again, the weight of the flannel is perfect.
I love the colors! Bought 3 different ones.

Excellent quality
Love this shirt. I have 7 of them in different plaids. Some were purchased 10 years ago and still look great. Flannel stays soft, does not get stiff and wrinkled like flannels from other stores. No need to iron it. I wear them year round, in the summer, they are worn when camping to take away the evening chill.
