Not the Same
I have been buying these slippers for many years..each year a different design...what fun! The designs are very attractive. I am retired and when I am home, they are on my feet, so I go through about 1 pair/year. They just suddenly lose their support and I know it is time for a new pair.
I just received my new pair and am very disappointed. They have obviously changed suppliers or manufacturers or downgraded their materials. The felt is less dense and what used to be a heel that gripped my foot, now just slides up and down as I walk. I will keep them as they are house shoes and do not need to be too rugged, but by the time they stretch out a bit, I fear they will not last a year and I doubt that I will purchase again in the future. No longer worth the hefty price for slippers/house shoes.
