Full rain coverage.I have been using my woodlands screen house since 2009, but the original rain fly had taken a beating over the years. I was happy with how easy it was to replace with a new rain fly that fit perfectly, and covered my camping gear last week when a storm blew threw York, ME. It's easier to enjoy camping when your gear is dry.

Awning posts not includedWe haven't use this kit yet, but we were a little disappointed that the awning posts aren't included with it (as pictured).

Great except Zipper seam tear out. This is a very nice setup but the cover is excessively tight. I have used it for a couple years and the seam of one zipper ripped out the full length of the cover. I can no longer close it all the way around.

Almost great, not sure it will hold up.We purchased this a few years ago along with the screen tent. We just came back from a four day trip and used the fly for the first time in the field because it was raining the entire time, having only previously attached it when we purchased it to be sure we understood how to attach it. While packing up, I discovered that three of the velcro straps inside on the corners used to attach the fly to the poles had come off. There are twelve of these straps, three per side. It turns out the velcro is sewn to a short 3"-4" long piece of fabric that is only about a 1/4' wide and that little strip of fabric is then GLUED to the tent with a less than strong adhesive. I feel this was a cheap cost cutting measure by L.L.Bean on an expensive piece of gear. While this is probably not an important part of the tent and fly, I have lost confidence that the tent and fly are of quality construction and materials, and wonder if it was worth the cost versus some of the other options available on the market. I will probably take the fly to a shop and have all the strap attachments stitched so they are secure. Buyer beware, I recommend this product only with caution.

Nearly a perfect fit.The Woodlands Screen House Fly/Floor kit is "nearly" a perfect fit around the frame of the screen house. The floor clicks nicely into the frame or the screen house. The corners of the roof and wall meet exactly at the bends of the poles. The "nearly" part is the walls extend to
about 8 inches from the ground. Not the two to three inches from the ground the online pictures suggest.
Will this be a problem? Don't know until the screen house and fly experience a rain storm.
I look forward to having the fly as an addition for a pleasant camping experience.

Buying another after ?10? years. We used this (and the screen house) as a primary tent for MANY years. It has now got plenty of ember burns as well as lost its DWR coating; and (the final blow)-the seam seal tape has become undone. It says a LOT that I am simply buying another fly and keeping the innerards, which still work perfectly. Oh, people, have the fly zipped and inner Screen House unstaked when you apply this cover!

Yes you really do need this add onYes you really do need this. If you’re going camping you will be regret not having it. Kept us and stuff dry through torrential rain. Far sturdier than our usual camping tent. Was happy to have it. Wish the floor zipped on though.

Glued Velcro FastenersAs other reviewers have mentioned, it takes two men and a boy (actually I can do it with difficulty) to zip the fly doors. The fit over the screen house is extremely tight. Ours is 8 years old (bought in 2014 or so) but has only 5 weeks of use. All but one of the glued Velcro side pole fasteners came unglued on our recent canoe camping trip. The attachments for rolling up the doors apparently are not sealed and ended up dripping on an unfortunate card player seated too close to the opening.
