Warm coat but beware of feathers
Coat seems warm and fits well with a fleece jacket. However, my fleece was covered in little feathers when I took off the coat. Not sure yet if the fleece attracts the feathers or if this is normal for this coat.

Great for colder weather!
Buy as you need. I have lived in many places and bought many other LLBean jackets incl some TEK too. This jacket looks lovely to pair with fleece/flannel pants for colder and windy weather in e.g. Chicago or Burlington, but would be a bit much south of the Mason-Dixon line. Great sizing - runs big probably on purpose for a sweater/hat or breathing room.

Warm but too many little feathers
It's a warm coat but little feathers keep falling out in the back.

good purchase
This parka is pretty, lots of pockets, very warm without a heavy weight on my shoulders. It fits true to size.

Noisy Coat
There are many things to like about this coat; two way zipper, cuffs, warmth, gargantuan hood, etc. But the outer material of the coat is noisy. I returned it.

Great Jacket
This is a very warm, well made jacket. It is a bit bulky, but that’s ok. Love the warmth.

Disappointed
I live in northern Minnesota where winters can be frigid. This parka does not keep the cold out as I expected it would, so an extra layer is needed. Ruff is stingy. Maybe it's just me. My husband has the same parka. Seldom wears it because it's too warm for him.

Sleeves to long
I wish the front pockets were gusseted. also the arms are very long for a small and they are stiff and rub my wrists raw unless I wear gloves which I don't always do.
