Use the size chart. It worked for me
Started a water aerobic exercise class. Wanted something that i could work out in. Ordered a 2X, fit perfectly & so far with rinsing it off the color has stayed true.

Still Looks New
Easy on-off suit with just enough Spandex-type shaping. I swim 5 or more days each week in a chemically treated pool, so I look for durability. Bean suits have disappointed me in the past, wearing out, fading, stitching coming loose, etc., but this one seems to be holding up well over a few months so far. It would be nice to get a full year out of it. Time will tell.

Modesty and fun
I have a lot of these suits and they fit perfectly for water aerobics and swimming. If I’m just hanging out at the pool or the beach I might wear a skirted tankini bottom over it. They dry quickly.

Classic Comfort
Absolutely love it. My last 2 swimsuits have been shapers, and I’d forgotten how comfortable and easy on/off a simple tank could be. Classic black, great coverage, and (did I mention?) comfortable.

For was off.
The fit was off. The torso seemed too short for me. I’m 5’ 7”. The size 8 was too large with extra fabric around the mid-section. The size 6 seemed too snug. The torso was short on both. Maybe I needed a “long” but that would be unusual for me. It generally just didn’t feel good.
