Not for me
Purchased both a regular large and petite large and had to return both. The sizing for the sleeves and the boxy style are not a good fit. The only nice thing I can report is the fabric was good and the color was nice.

Too boxy and long sleeves
The fit on this product is very different than most allow being where even the sleeves on the petite sizing are too long. The fit is very boxy looking and I had to return both the regular sizing and the petite.
