Love but runs big!
Run at least a half size if not a whole size too big- base it on the european chart not the US chart or buy the same size as your bean boots! But quality is amazing- so glad these are back! Reminds me of the 90's!

Overall, I would describe these leather mules as a mixed experience from LLBean.
From a design perspective, they are classic and timeless. I would rate the overall look an 8/10
That said, I did feel a level of disappointment. I was expecting a high-quality, well made shoe from such an established brand that markets their products as great quality items, but the overall production didn’t quite align with that expectation.
In terms of quality, the leather and overall craftsmanship felt below what I would anticipate, around 5/10. The shoe appeared slightly worn upon arrival (not in an expected way for the colour choice), and some of the detailing felt less refined and sloppy than expected.
Comfort and fit were average for me, about a 6/10. They do run very narrow, which worked for my foot shape, but they felt slightly smaller than a typical size 8. However I know they may stretch out overtime.
Packaging was the most disappointing aspect, 1/10. It felt as though the shoes were just thrown into a box (no wrapping of any sorts), both boxes looked used un-professional and arrived looking pretty rough, which took away from the overall experience.
Overall, while the design is strong, improvements in materials, craftsman’s and presentation would better reflect the brands reputation and price point!
LLBean please take this feedback to help with quality control going forward, as well as adding more images of the product on your Canadian site.

Well Done, LL Bean! Beautiful quality & Comfy
Love everything about these. I ordered these and the boat shoe/loafer style, and I *only* returned these because I did not need two pair of almost identical shoes (TBH, I didn't need any shoes at all). These are quality, well-made classics, comfy, and super cute. Highly recommend.

Very Narrow
I bought these one size larger than my usual to account for the possibility of a narrow fit - they are still extremely narrow. I will typically buy a narrow size in a dress shoe but my every day size is medium width. I say that to illustrate that I don’t have an extremely wide foot but these were still way too narrow. Cute shoe though - I wish they fit me!

The leather smell when opening, the perfect fit, so excited for my new mocs!! I am a true 6, 6.5 in running shoes and I ordered a 6 in these! I do not think these would fit a wide foot.

Beautiful shoe
The craftsmanship is excellent, beautiful leather, soft inside and comfortable, a great shoe. Unfortunately it's a little tight on my bunion and while it may stretch over time, I don't want to take a chance. I need shoes to wear now.
