Pros and Cons
I gave this four stars instead of five for a couple of reasons. I don’t find the dropped sleeves flattering. And the fabric, though soft, is also itchy in the way that linen often is. Nevertheless, I like the blouse and bought the blue gingham and the more colorful plaid and will keep them both for summer wear. I appreciate that the neckline is not gaping, and the concealed button placket is classy.

Gingham that’s not me
I bought this around one month ago, took it home, tried it on- it’s runs very very large and a bit boxy and conservative looking.
Returned it for a simple. pale pink linen blouse.

Very Roomy
I like how large this shirt fits. It conceals all my extra weight and drapes beautifully. I’ve washed it and while I will iron it, I could get away with not doing so as it doesn’t wrinkle horribly. I imagine if you had a decent figure, this would feel large but for someone who is self conscious about her weight and body, this is a great shirt.

Always love 3/4 sleeves and linen in a shirt.. This particular shirt runs very large. I usually wear medium but had to send it back and order small. the small fits much better. the fabric is soft, light-weight, wrinkles a bit in the wash (that's linen!), and fits well as an over-sized shirt. I like it so much I bought the navy gingham check as well.
LLBean's linen is much better quality than others I've tried. Very pleased with purchase

Sizing was an issue
The fabric is fabulous, but the shirt was way oversized. I ordered an extra small petite and what I got was more like a medium so I’m sending it back.

Looks like a popover, but it’s a shirt
Very lightweight, soft summer top that does dual duty. You can unbutton it and wear a tee underneath, or wear as a popover style. Does run big, so if you want it more fitted, order one size down.
