Beautiful cotton blend material
I bought these wide leg perfect fit pants for travel because they are 98% cotton (trying to get away from the synthetics) … and would be perfect to fly in and then to double as dress slacks for dinner, etc. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the material looks, and feels. However, though I did order the Petite size Small ( I am 5’, 125 lbs), the length was still about 2 inches too long for me, BUT the fit was otherwise perfect! I didn’t have the heart to hem them as I was afraid they would not look as beautifully done so I returned and ordered a second pair of the crop style in Reg Small to wear as ankle pants on my petite frame, those fit perfectly with no alterations!

These pants were just too large for my body…I looked in the mirror to check them out, and I thought I actually looked like a clown in those pants! I think they would be fine for someone taller (I’m 5’ 1”).

Bring back the old Perfect Fit Pant
I've been a fan of the original Perfect Fit Pant for years. When this one arrived, I noticed pockets-which is ok- and the legs are really wide. Nope, not for me! I returned them immediately. Please LL Bean if you still have one pair of the original PFP in black size medium let me know. I'd like to buy asap.

Inferior material
This material fades really fast. After a couple of washings, they look old. Not happy about that!! So faded, in fact, that they cannot be worn for dress casual any more.
