Strange cut
This vest is wide on the bottom and does not have any way of tightening the hem. It is also a high/low cut. I ordered my normal size of SM and it just looks too big. I am going to try Regluar XS and Petite SM and see if things change some. If not, I will not be keeping this. Too bad, because it is perfect weight and the paneling is not obvious on the exterior. This vest would be perfect if you gave it a "basic" cut instead of the skirted bottom.

Simple, comfy, and light
I now have a total of three. It’s a very simple light construction with two large side slit pockets. I find it comfortable and good looking. It was great to layer with while dealing with a casted arm so, it was part of a warm pairing. Also used under a wool poncho when snow shoveling was needed, and I look forward to wearing with no cast! It washes up well with the instructions given.
