It leaks!
I bought this product a few weeks ago and it looks/feels great. Very comfortable and convenient. However, if you plan to use real ice in it, it does leak pretty significantly. I noticed the bottom of it felt wet after an hour or so and then the back of my car was soaked! It will also get your back wet when carrying.
I would really love this product if it wouldn’t make such a mess. I guess the intention is to use sealed ice packs?

Very spacious!
I really like this backpack cooler. It’s very spacious and fits a lot! The only problem I have is with where to put dry stuff…the top storage area is tight. A little more flexibility would be great!

Great space and weight
Great amount of space and light enough when empty that packing it full doesn't make it too heavy for carrying around. Zipper on the top flap is not super smooth, but has not been a big issue.
