Beautifully made but ...
I have been using and loving Boat and Tote bags since the mid 80s, and I have quite a few, some now quite vintage. This bag looks gorgeous, but between the leather trim and wax coating, it is quite heavy. I also feared that the wax would become a dirt/dust magnet, especially against the light canvas color. Perhaps a lived-in look is the whole point, but the execution of this bag seemed better in theory than in practice. I sadly returned it, still wrapped up as new. It just was not going to be as practical as my many other Boat and Tote bags.
