Dress fit like a sack
This dress looked promising in the catalog and online, but was a disappointment when I tried it on. The dress looked like a huge, shapeless sack on and the gauze fabric was very heavy. Not recommended.

Perfect Summer Dress
This dress is perfect for the crazy hot, humid summer we're having. The fabric is very soft and doesn't irritate or rub. It's loose but doesn't fit like a tent and the vertical stripes are flattering. I find that if I hang to dry, it does not need ironing. It's my third gauze garment from LL Bean and I am wearing them all frequently this summer.

Only sorry I just bought one!
This dress is wonderful. It is cool and comfortable on a hot day, and still looks fresh. It launders well and does not need ironing. I only wish I could buy another - the other color was sold out in my size almost as soon as it showed up in the catalog.
