It was terrible. It looked like it came from a rummage sale. The color was not as expected either. Very disappointed with LLBean purchases lately. When I lived in Maine it was my go to store. Too much foreign goods now. Sent it back

Pocket lining bummer!
I really love the fabric feel and color, but the lining droops down and is visible when your hands (or anything else) is in the pocket. Such a bummer!

Super comfortable and warm. The sweater is definitely more fleecy than wool on the inside so it's not itchy on bare skin. Runs large - I usually buy a large but ended up with a medium.

Warm surprisingly not itchy
I’m partial to this style for it’s to layer or not to layer versatility. The neckline is perfect for me, doesn’t choke or rub, stands up nicely. I wasn’t sure if this fabric would be itchy to my surprise it isn’t on me

Very oversized, too long arms, itchy
Really beautiful item, and reasonably priced wool, I got the balsam color. This kind of thing is my style, and I would like to see more wool items at LL bean. Unfortunately returning it b/c it's itchy, wool is the scratchy textured kind. It might work if you are going to wear a long sleeve under it. It's very oversized, I think almost 2 sizes too big. I am normally an XL, but I am short. XL was way too big everywhere on me, but the arms especially were about 6 inches too long.
