I'm very pleased with this winter coat, despite a couple shortcomings. The negatives to me are the lack of a ribbed inner cuff or adjustable cuff, and the lower hand warmer pockets are barely adequate. The warm, styling, fit, zippers, snaps, hood cords and fabric are all exactly what I was hoping for. The Coffee Bean color is a nice dark brown with a hint of red, just like shown on my monitor and I like the fabric a lot more than shiny synthetic that is so common. The hood is really big, but gives me flexibility to wear a hat, hide from stormy weather or adjust with the cinch cords. Unfortunately I missed the single digit portion of my Western PA winter, but the coat was plenty warm the 20's and blocked the wind quite well. Finally, the fit had nice arm length (not too short) and just right in the body. It was a little tight in the armpits with a heavy sweater or hoodie, but no problem at all with a light sweater or mid-weight fleece. The waxed cotton has a slight lint pick up, but if I wasn't looking for it I wouldn't have noticed it. I'd happily buy again and recommend to a friend.

Great Style
I am 172 cm and 74kg. I ordered size medium, it was too big for me, I returned and ordered a size small. It fits perfectly, it is warm and stylish. I would recommend this jacket.

Upcountry Waxed Down Hooded Jacket Men's Regular
Outstanding fit and finish! This coat is the perfect length and perfect arm length. I am 5'9" and my reach is 72". It is always a struggle to find a coat that has the arm length for my height.

Awesome in the extreme cold.
Love the jacket! Extremely warm. I read a previous review I feel was accurate. Temperature over 35 degrees and the jacket is too warm. Great fit through the chest. My only feedback is possibly having cuff tabs to tighten around the wrist. Waxed cloth sheds the water nicely. Highly recommend this jacket!!!

Great Jacket!
I bought this jacket for the long term and it has exceeded expectations throughout the winter. It’s a little thin and I was worried about it not staying warm on bitterly cold days, but it has gotten the job done.
