Many Features Laking
This is one of the more expensive upland vests out there. I had high hopes, but is deficient in several ways. To be honest, I don't think anyone at LL Bean ever field tested it. Most glaring are the shell pockets. There are very small magnets tabs that are supposed to hold the pocket cover flaps closed. They are completely inadequate. In fact, using my own magnet, it's not apparent they were install at all. As a result, your shells all fall out every time you take the vest off. Simple snaps or Velcro would have worked fine. The water bottle holder is placed so far towards the back, that it almost impossible to reach where wearing the vest. The Molle attachments on the back are OK, but any additional weight placed there would be awkward balance. It would have been much better attached to the waste belt. As I said, I don't think it was field tested by an experienced bird hunter.
I will be returning it.

Great storage and comfortable.
This vest works great for small game. The large game pouch is very nice. There is also a storage area/pouch in front of the game bag. There are two pockets for water bottles. The pack itself has a large storage area and smaller pockets for a cell phone and wallet.
I really like this vest and it has plenty of storage for anything I need while hunting. The only negative is the small gps pouch doesn't connect very well.. This vest is comfortable and very helpful.

Upland Vest
Love the fit of the vest and functionality of of all the compartments.It is very comfortable and transfers the load very well. The two front ammo pockets could be improved. Why I say this is, I have lost several shotgun shells because the magnets are not strong enough (imo) when you have shells in them to keep them closed. Either multiple magnets on each pocket or Velcro closures could help.
