Overall a good buy, good quality and works for what I purchased it for. The one drawback is it looked a little nicer to me on the internet than what it does in real life.
That said, I'd still by it again. It's comfortable, solid LL Bean quality and it looks nice (just not as nice as on the website - does the internet add 10 lbs? joking)

Great layer
I bought this shirt for my husband and he loves it. It’s a nice warm weight and the pockets put it over the top.
Have to see how it washes and dries. Wasn’t sure about the colors (blues and orange) but it looks really nice with jeans ( my husband’s uniform)

Insane Quality
I needed one good, warm, durable shirt for this winter to add to my wardrobe and decided to finally stop trying to cut corners and give L.L. Bean's product a try. WOW. This thing is built like a tank, but wears like a comfy blanket. I could not be happier. The only bummer is, they only seem to have this in two styles and I'm not a big fan of the other look.

Missed seeing the alternative shirt desired
I thought it was a shirt that I could wear under my belt. I didn't realize or see that there was this same could be available without the pocket and could be tucked in under my belt when I found out when my Son received such shirt for a Christmas present.
