Beautiful Boots
I read through all of the reviews of these boots and didn't know what to expect. I understand why some people think the boots are made of fabric with leather trim, but to those of us that really know leather goods, it's not a question. These are double-faced shearling, so that means it is a very soft lamb suede with the wool still attached. Incredibly beautiful and will last forever if properly cared for. These will be utterly beautiful with winter sweaters. I would suggest a light waterproofing spray prior to wearing in rain or snow. Sizing note: I did size up 1 and a half sizes so I could wear cute thick socks with these and still have plenty of room.

Warm and cute
I bought these slippers to comfortably take my puppy out for morning coffee on the patio in the cold months. They have been wonderful. Cozy in the house and warm enough outside. My family thinks they’re really cute and so do I.

Wicked thin & super cheap feeling material …
Being a decades wearer of many versions of the Wicked Good Slippers…both male and female styles & most of which were worn to pieces…I purchased these as soon as I saw them. What a disappointment upon opening them. They are super thin, there is virtually none of the Sherling filling/lining, and I’m fairly certain the exterior material is not even suede or leather. It feels completely artificial. Perhaps my inclination towards men’s footwear had me expecting something a little more rugged & thicker. Having just received these today I haven’t decided if I’m going to send them back or not. At a price tag of $160 and skepticism of whether they’ll even last the winter. I’m leaning towards returning them.

My Favorite Winter Dog Walking Shoes
Lovely to be able to pull these on when it’s chilly out and take the dog straight outside without having to stop and hunt down some socks first. Very warm and waterproof in snow.

Poor quality
I had bought these slipper boots about 10 yrs ago, and I still wear them. The quality of this boot 10 yrs ago was fantastic! So, I decided to order another pair...because I love them...you can wear them anywhere. I received them yesterday and was very excited to open the box....I am so disappointed in the cheap quality of the new boot...I'm returning them....I've always been happy with llbean's quality. Not anymore...I'm sad to say....I guess I will keep wearing my old ones for another 10 years.
