As easy to pull on as sweats, but suited to much more than lounging, these rugged ripstop pants with modern styling blur the lines between technical performance and casual comfort.
Equally soft and durable, these performance pants are abrasion-resistant and moisture-wicking. Comfy enough for everyday but technical enough to perform on every adventure.
- In a comfortable blend of 73% cotton, 23% polyester and 4% spandex that stretches with every move yet won't stretch out of shape
- Machine wash and dry.
- Two front hand pockets, one zippered back pocket and two side cargo pockets.
- Front fixed waist with buttoned zip fly; elastic back waist for enhanced comfort and fit.

Almost perfect!
I bought these for my farming job and they've held up really nicely. They're quite durable and comfortable and the plethora of pockets are very helpful. I'm also content with the price. The only two things that I wish were different are: (1) They're not very wicking and they definitely showed my sweat and remained wet for a while, which was rough this summer in the intense heat and humidity, and (2) I wish they had belt loops! They stretch a bit between wears as so many pants do and it would be so helpful if I could wear a belt with these, especially when I'm carrying heavier things in the many pockets. Overall, I love these pants and find them to be very comfortable and durable but I hope that LL Bean will make these slight changes soon so I can feel confident buying another pair.

Refreshingly Cool for Summer
I bought these in July, and they are the most comfortable pants I have ever had. The fit is just right over my hips and smaller waist. And they are cool. I have worn them through some pretty hot temperatures in New Mexico, and I have just felt great. I feel like I am refreshingly wearing shorts, even though they come to just above my ankles. So I have both coverage and "air conditioning."

Love These Pants!
These are the perfect pants if you have an hourglass figure and a 28" inseam--talking about myself here. Great look and comfort with just enough stretch and a length that I don't have to have hemmed. Sized up since Bean's pants usually fit me small in the waist. Taking them on vacation with me in a week, otherwise I would have waited for a sale price. Recommended.

Small waist and baggy legs
As others mentioned the waist is smallish and the legs are on the baggy side. Would like to see the waistband opened up and the legs narrowed. Also side pockets billow out a bit. I’m happy enough with the pants, though, and will keep them.

Love the fit!
For me, these pants are so comfortable. My thighs sometimes make pants feel tight, but the minute I put the Barrel Leg pants on, I was so happy. There is an ease of movement, and I don't feel constricted at all.
