well made but
I thought these had elastic waist band but there is actually very little elastic stretch, when put them on they at t are nice and snug but, and wear them for awhile the waist stretches enough that I have a hard time keeping them from falling off me. Bought 38 and 40 inch and 38 felt nice and snug/
