Not a true sweatshirt fabric
Ordered for my husband he was wanting a TRUE sweatshirt fabric zip up no hood "jacket".. Although this item lists the fabric as 100% cotton, it is not the same fabric that we were expecting or familiar with as sweatshirt fabric. The only thing on this jacket is the banding on the cuff and waist... The pockets appear deep enough for a phone, and car keys which is what my spouse was interested in, and no hood. We were rather disappointed in the fabric, and for the price... we expected a true sweat shirt fabric. Being close to 70 this should last him his life bit would have been nicer if it was what we were expecting, but as he said, I guess it will do.... do rather disappointing. The fit XL was perfect for him, so will say true to size.

Perfect non hooded full zip jacket
This is the sweat shirt jacket we have been looking/ waiting for again for 10 years. My husband’s first LLBean sweat jacket we purchased 10+ years ago is showing some wear and needed replacement. It being non hooded and full zip is essential for him. This non hooded with full zip style should be a standard carried item at LLBean.

I like this sweatshirt better than I expected. I find it a little too tight at the waist, is that the garment or me? The weight, warmth, and wind resistance are spot on for imperfect spring weather and I expect to wear it lots when a fleece or a jacket would be too much. It lets enough air flow to keep me comfortable while moving, warm not hot. Pockets are fine and the zippers will limit losses. A chest or internal pocket would be a disaster for a phone pulling or bouncing. Zip thru collar is perfect for the job. I like the clean look of the seam that includes the hand pockets. The logo is restrained, hopefully everyone enjoys and learns from this. The green goes well with my stuff.

A zippered sweatshirt with a refined look
