Nice but too snug
I agree with other reviews. These are nice shorts, very light-weight and possibly made of moisture-wicking materials, which would be great for long hikes, but the fit is too snug. They are tight in the waist but especially in the inseam! As a result, I would not want to hike in them because they would be very uncomfortable. Maybe get a size up if you buy.

They fit small
I wear a size 12 in all my llbean shorts, but these shorts in size 12 are VERY fitted. I wish I had ordered up a size and they would have been great. But as they are, they are too small to be comfortable for me to wear. I can't sit comfortably in them.

Comfortable, deep pockets
Great shorts, comfortable, good looking, minimal wrinkles, pockets deep enough for a cell phone. I like them so much I am giving them 5 stars DESPITE the logo. I don't like wearing advertisements.

Comfortable and well-made.
These shorts were very comfortable and seem to have a bit of stretch in the material. I didn’t need it because I’m between sizes, but I like how the materiel moves with me. The fit is attractive, with no flared leg or bulgy hips. The rear pockets have zippers for security. My only complaint is that I wish the front pockets were a bit bigger.
