Equally soft and durable, these shorts are an abrasion-resistant, moisture-wicking blend of cotton and polyester with spandex that stretches with every move, yet won't stretch out of shape. Comfy enough for everyday, but technical enough to perform on every adventure.

Super comfortable, love the pockets and fabric, the small amount of stretch in the fabric is great. The size 20 fits me perfectly, I wish LL Bean would have more options in this size.

Great Fit for Curvy Gals
I'm a petite and curvy (small waist and larger hips) and these are one of the few shorts that fit my shape. So comfortable too! Just wish there were more colors :-(

Excellent fit
I love the fit on the Explorer Ripstop shorts. The sizing is generous so may order again one size smaller. The only complaint is that they are pretty short but otherwise they are very cute and flattering on a ‘boyish’ straight figure type.

Best shorts I've ever worn!
Love everything about these shorts! The length is perfect, not too long, not too short. Size was a perfect fit, too. I've had them for a couple months and so far they've worn and washed well. The only thing is I wish they came in a wider range of colors. If they were available in more colors these would be the only shorts I'd wear.

Shorts for everyday adventure
These are nice shorts - love the shadow green color. Material is sturdy and feels like it will last. I did feel like these ran a bit small and I had to go up a size. They also fit more like high rise on me than a mid rise. One other tiny complaint - the glossy logo on the leg will sometimes catch my eye and it looks like the shorts are dirty.
