Bought 2 sizes. One fit; I will donate the other rather than pay shipping and restocking charges. As to fit - it is ok. The legs are still tapered and not really straight; midrise is a fit that I try to avoid but I needed some lightweight pants in the Arizona heat. The fabric is okay and washed well. Overall I prefer my twenty year old pants and fabric with true straight legs, sit at the waist and are so comfortable. I likely will not buy these pants again.

Access Trail Pants are NOT the same as the Comfort
I cannot comment on the fit because I did not try them on. When I opened the package I could see the pants did not have the same features as the Comfort Trail pants. Those pants did not seem to be available anymore and it appears the Access Trail pants replaced them, as they are very similar. I use the pants both for work (I am a massage therapist) and birdwatching, and part of what I liked about the previous version were the pockets. The hand pockets were nice and deep, and there was a zippered pocket on the front right leg (I don't put anything in my back pockets). In particular, the zippered leg pocket was perfect for my train pass, a few dollars and my keys. The new Access Trail pants do not have a zippered front leg pocket, and the hand pockets were noticeably more shallow. Those two changes were deal breakers for me, and I returned the pants for credit.
Ps It would not let me submit this review unless I included how the pants fit; I did NOT try them on, and just selected a random circle in order to submit the review.

I bought these for lightweight summer wear. They fit perfectly, but I didn't like the insignia imbeded on the fabric at the bottome of one leg of the pants.
