Classy Jacket
I have not worn this jacket in the rain yet, so I cannot testify to how well it deters rain. However, I really like the more neutral color (thankfully not black). I really like the fabric, and how comfortable the jacket fits and feels. It has a "natural felling lay" to it. I really like having a zippered chest pocket. If I were going to change anything, I would add a flap over top of the front zipper, and also add a second chest pocket. I am interested to see how well it handles rain but won't know until I get further into the season.

Great rain jacket
This rain jacket is so lightweight and comfortable. Definitely appears waterproof! I love that the hood adjusts, that is so cool, I can see where I’m walking. I will enjoy rainy weather more now!

The Perfect Rain Jacket
I spent a long time trying and returning other rain jackets (including other LLBean ones) until I found this one. It's stretchy, it fits perfectly and the proportions are a little bit different than other bean jackets, which works well for me.

Perfect Fit
My old LL Bean rain jacket needed replacement after years of faithful duty. This Angler rain jacket is a perfect fit, even with my favorite thick wind-proof fleece on under it--a combo I wear often. I wanted a jacket with a chest pocket, which this has (women's clothes never have enough pockets). Rip-stop fabric is important since I'll be wearing this in fields and woods when hiking and birding. I appreciate the normal, non-loud, non-candy color. This checks all the boxes.

This is a really comfortable and well made jacket. I only wish that it were longer so that when you sit down on something damp, it covers the back of your thighs.
