Not Happy
I have been wearing your shoes that preceded this model. Ordered the 11.5 wide like always. Well most disappointed to find the new model is most uncomfortable. I returned them and had to find another brand. Most disappointed. I hope you will go back to your supplier and have them make the old style once again.

Less than impressed
I have been disappointed with these shoes. I bought medium width but these are very wide. So far as comfort, they feel like a really cheap pair of shoes I bought at a major big box department store several years ago. These shoes are very flat so I clomp as I walk. Now after just 4 months of occasional wear, one of the laces is disintegrating. I cannot recommend these shoes. I will not purchase another pair of shoes from LL Bean.

Great shoe; disappointing laces!
One of the best hiking shoes I’ve ever found for my wide feet.
Unfortunately the laces fell apart within 6 months and I’ve returned the shoes to LLBean for a refund. ☹️
