We took our customer-favorite Elevation Hiking Shoe and transformed it into this versatile, water-friendly adventure sneaker. Besides the lightweight and breathable upper, a step-down heel and quicklace system make it incredibly easy to put them on and take them off, and a thermoregulating lining keeps feet comfy all day long.

Happy with Purchase
I've just received these and haven't tried them in the water yet, but they are comfortable, I really like the color, which is atypical for a woman's shoe. They are roomy enough to accommodate neoprene socks but can also be worn without socks. Hopeful that this style will keep the gravel out of my shoes when wading in the water. Primarily purchased for fishing/kayaking and wading in creeks with dogs.

Love these!
I bought these while traveling in FL. It was a gamble since I was traveling, but my experience with LL Bean was that I would be glad I bought them, and I am! My current shoes felt fine until I walked the distance of the airport and my toes started to hurt. After buying these shoes, I've worn them constantly - no break-in time. Airport "hiking" was a breeze. I hope Bean has something similar in a Winter shoe. These are perfect for Summer temps, a little chilly for outside Winter wear.

Different shoe
So disappointed the shoe didn’t fit well at all. I have had 4-5 pairs of this sneaker. And this year made 100% differently which could have been great but the fit was really off and my heal was not held at all. More like a slipper . I hope they reevaluate their manufacturing.

I recommend....
Agree with others that these run large - I normally take a 9 but ordered an 8.5 and they fit fine with a little wiggle room in the toe. I have a wide foot and they accommodate that as well. They are easy to get in and out of. I bought them to wear on our boat - they have great traction - can be worn with or without no show socks - they seem to be well made - haven't gotten them wet yet but plan to do that at some point - the blue and mint green color are pretty - these have met my expectations thus far

Run large!
These run large! I bought these to work outdoors where I could end up wet or on land. I originally purchased an 8 which is my size in most shoes. I had an inch of room at my toe with the 8, so I sized down to the 7.5. The 7.5 is borderline too large as well, but since they are slip ons, I don’t think they’re going anywhere. They’ve got some good grip and cushion. Warming: the green color is so much uglier in person than I expected. The blue is pretty!
