I wanted to like it

I bought this a few weeks ago and the color & comfort are great. However, after only a few washes, following care instructions, the zipper pull attachment mechanism disintegrated.There's nothing to attach to in order to adjust the zipper. Suggest improving on this feature.

Noticeably warmer than other sweatshirts!
This is an extremely warm sweatshirt! I am the kind of person that always feels cold and usually needs multiple layers to be comfortable, even indoors. The first time I wore this sweatshirt, I noticed right away that it was keeping me comfortably warm unlike my other sweatshirts. I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed and did not need any additional layers. I love it!
